Abstract

The present issue 5 of the Journal Revista de Educación Superior del Sur Global-RESUR-January-July 2018- is published two weeks after the conclusion of the III Regional Conference on Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean, held in Cordoba, Argentina, in the framework of the commemoration of the centenary of university reform a century ago, toured the southern cone and expressed itself in decisive changes in the university world, especially in Peru, Argentina and Uruguay - and relevant for all countries of the South Cone.
